High Season ~ November to April
- $6300/month
- $210/day for additional days
Low Season ~ May to October
- $5250/month
- $175/day for additional days
Cleaning Fee = $190 per stay
Florida State Sales Tax (7%)
Florida Occupancy Tax (5%)

Book

All bookings must be a full calendar month or if the booking is mid-month, then it must be for at least 28 consecutive days.
