We spent a month in this beautiful, modern, well-maintained villa. It had all the comforts of home, everything that we needed! This villa was one of the cleanest rentals we have stayed in! So close to the ocean, with the gulf being easily viewable from the floor-to-ceiling windows in the main living room and upstairs master bedroom. The sunsets over the gulf are just so beautiful and we met many of the permanent residents of the Condos at our sunset viewing, all of us watching for the “Green Flash”. Everyone was friendly and helpful! Bikes are available for your use, and we biked several times to Stump Pass. We walked the beautiful beach a couple times a day, and even watched one fisherman pull in a 5ft shark and another a large sting ray!

The Villa is close to several restaurants, many with live music! We cooked all our meals (due to allergies) but had everything we needed in the kitchen. ( The only suggestion would be a slow cooker 😉 )

My husband and I spent the month of August at the Villa Condo. We have been spending our summer vacations on the Key since the 80’s and have stayed in at least 20 rentals. Our first rental was next door at Pelican Shores. The Villas were new and we always said how great it would be to stay at such a nice place. Who would have thought. So that is the back story.

We found the Villa condo not only comfortable, but beautifully decorated. Someone put a lot of heart into the decor. LOVE all the birds! The kitchen has every size pot, utensils, small appliance…anything you can imagine needing. The beach is of course amazing and just a short walk across the well maintained lawn. If you are lucky, you may catch a glimpse of the very shy iquanas that hang out at the base of the banyan tree!

I hope you don’t mind Suzanne…I borrowed your yoga mat every day. The guest bedroom was PERFECT for my yoga practice! WE CANNOT WAIT TO RETURN!

PS Do yourself a big favor. Have brunch, lunch and dinner at Magnolia’s!!!

The Villa Condo is a comfortable, peaceful, clean, beautiful gem. The reservation process was easy and efficient. We were in awe of the beautiful views of the ocean from so many rooms with the floor to ceiling windows and doors. It is meticulously kept and everything thought out to emanate a calm, peaceful, fun beach vibe. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed and way more. The towels and linens were high quality and super soft. The owners have gone above and beyond with the high quality, tasteful decor and by providing beach chairs and towels, ice chest, bikes, floats and even sand sifters! We felt totally spoiled by the 84 degree temperature pool and the beautiful quiet, practically private beach. We have never seen so many cool shells, shark teeth and beautiful birds on any of our beach adventures! They have done an excellent job on this property and we will definitely be back👍🏻

September of 2021, I spent a week here at The Villa Condo. From the moment I walked in the door I was impressed by this lovely unit. It has modern updated decor, and all the comforts of home. There is a great fully stocked kitchen with all the amenities and modern appliances. There is a perfect view of the ocean from the master bedroom balcony and the main level living room, kitchen and deck. I loved sitting on the deck enjoying my morning coffee and breakfast while listening to the ocean sounds. The unit is clean and comfortable and the grounds are impeccably maintained. There is a private beach just footsteps away across the lush green lawn. Everything here was beautiful, peaceful, quiet, and relaxing!!! There are restaurants, and stores nearby….and things to do like boating, biking and parasailing. I highly recommend this charming spot and definitely plan to stay here again.

My first time in Florida and this was the best experience ever! My girlfriend and I were blown away by this beautiful condo. Located right on the manasota key, you are surrounded by water! Its like being on a paradise island with good food, drinks, and live bands all within walking distance. The beach (which is in the back yard!) was stunning and the water was nice and warm. I grew up in Texas and had missed the warm water, but this beach was by far the cleanest, clear water beach I have been to in the south. There is a boat rental right down the road and they were very nice and helpful. Got a 3 day fishing license which was cheap and easy online. I’m not the greatest fisherman but I caught one fish and it was the best feeling ever! The condo has fishing poles for use and I recommend taking advantage of them. SHARK TEETH EVERYWHERE! One of my favorite parts was walking up and down the beach looking for shark teeth. If you are patient and look close you can find them all along the beach in front of the condo. I collected about 25 and was able to give them to family members as souvenirs. Heads up, TSA is kinda picky about bringing a bag of sand home, so I would stick to just taking shells and shark teeth home if you are flying. Overall had a blast and definitely plan on going again. The condo was beautiful and had everything we could have asked for. The pool was awesome and everyone in the complex is nice and friendly. This is a great spot for a family trip or the lovers getaway. Check it out!
